Dr.K.Sathya Sai is an Assistant Professor of English with two decades of rich and varied experience in teaching language and literature at schools, polytechnic colleges, Engineering colleges and Arts and Science Colleges in Tamil Nadu, South India. At present he is serving at R.D. Govt. Arts college, Sivagangai. He also holds other administrative and social responsibilities in the college by being the Coordinator of the college Internal Quality Assurance cell currently and previously he acted as Programme Officer of N.S.S. and Coordinator of Soft skills Training Center, Placement and Training Cell, and Youth Red Cross. He had his Master’s degree from Manonmanium Sundarnar University, Tirunelveli and obtained his M.Phil., and Ph.D. from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai. He has published several articles in the national and International Journals and delivered invited lectures in Conferences and Seminars. He has been guiding doctoral students at Alagappa University, Karaikudi. He has produced one Ph.D. Scholar and guiding two scholars at present. He has contributed as a member for CLIL language Project for college students at Tamil Nadu State Council for Higher Education, Chennai. He has developed this Courseware English for Classroom Dynamics for school teachers at Primary, Secondary and Higher secondary level who wish to create an English speaking atmosphere in their campus and to enhance their language skills in order to teach their school subject effectively. He has associated himself with IQAC for the past five years because of his interest in contributing for quality sustenance and enhancement of an Institution.
